BioThis journal is about me and my relationship to food. I joined Weight Watchers almost a year ago and began to change my relationship to food. As a result both me and my husband lost over 90 pounds each. I feel better than ever and still eat most of the things I love. This journal is one of the ways I will use to help keep myself honest> I am determined to keep all that I lost off and to continue my new healthy eating ways.
